Singapore Gets Michelin Stars

Singapore is now joining the ranks of famous international attractions for having 3 star Michelin rating on 4 tourist attractions. Since 1900, Michelin - a travel guide had picked 25 countries to feature on tourist attractions that deserve to be honoured Michelin Star. Singapore has always been a destination with many Europeans. Rankings need to meet criterias of authenticity, aesthetics, service quality and convenience.

The 4 tourist attractions that was awarded a 3 star rating each are Raffles Hotel, Botanic Gardens, Night Safari and the Singapore Zoological Gardens.

With the acknowledgment of these Michelin stars in the travel guide, it hopes that Singapore will be able to increase it's tourism visits in years to come. It will also help Singapore to be marketed to the wide Western audience.

Hurray for Singapore.
