Debate Issues

Freedom of speech remains to be in a grey area in Singapore. With a designated spot, registration is still needed as no one is allowed to speak in public without a license. There are of course some rules to be observed as well. Recently some rules has been relaxed but some limitations still apply.

In a website, there is a place whereby you can actually engage yourself in a generally unmoderated with very few rules. Argue with Everyone - as it is called, claims to allow anyone as long as you are a member to have an open and free political debate with just about anything and anyone. It does sound very exciting. It ranges from abortion, terrorism, education, Israel, foreign and comparative political discussion to religion and philosophy.
