Singapore is celebrating it's annual Yellow Ribbon Concert this Saturday (6 September 2008). As part of the plan to change the public's acceptance into giving prisoners and ex prisoners a second chance into society, the concert is being organised to showcase the talents and performers for them to share their life testimonies.
Local celebrities who will be joining this event are Dick Lee, Tan Kheng Hua and Mark Lee. Fans of taiwanese singer Emil Chau will be thrilled too. An estimate of about 6,000 people are expected to be attending this concert. Tickets can be bought through AXS booths or www.yellowribbon.org.sg for more details.
